We’re so thankful to Carla Wuertzer and the team at German American Bank for showing up for our teachers in such a meaningful way. Their kindness and generosity really made a difference and reminded us how much our educators are valued.
A big thank you as well to Joe and his crew at El Acapulco for an amazing fajita bar! Everything was delicious and thoughtfully put together, from the chicken and steak to all the sides and toppings.
Our CES staff truly felt appreciated and cared for. It was a great day filled with good food and genuine gratitude.

The Cave Area Conference Center and Three Corners Employment hosted an innovative reverse job fair featuring students from Caverna, Edmonson, and Hart counties. The gathering completely flipped the traditional hiring script by putting the students in the role of exhibitors. Local business leaders navigated the floor to visit various booths where young participants were stationed to pitch their skills and professional potential. The event focused heavily on student leadership. Employers had the chance to collect resumes and business cards while engaging in direct conversations with the students about their future goals. This collaborative effort provided a unique platform for area businesses to scout upcoming talent and for students to gain hands-on experience in professional networking.
