📚🚨 MISSING LIBRARY BOOKS 🚨📚 Our library shelves are missing a few friends! Currently, we have 219 books missing from our district libraries we would love to welcome them back home to our library! Elementary students should have a printed note while Middle/High students can check their student email accounts for overdue notices and book reminders. If a book cannot be found but you would still like to support our library, you can help by donating a replacement title from our Amazon Wishlist.

Please join us tomorrow (Friday) from 11am to 1pm at Caverna Elementary School for a Lunch and Learn. Lunch will be provided. The topic is CODE RED - an evidence-based, proactive safety planning tool designed to help individuals—especially youth and young adults—navigate tough emotions or an impending crisis. The framework of "Contact, Delay, Relax, and Distract" are a proactive approach to planning for how to handle big emotions. Special thanks to Caverna FRYSC and our partners at GRREC and Lifeskills for their collaboration in putting on this event.

We are excited to announce Ms. Twana Hayes as the next principal of Caverna High School!
Ms. Hayes brings strong leadership experience, a deep commitment to student success, and a passion for Caverna students and our community. We are confident she will continue to build a positive school culture and help lead Caverna High School forward.
Caverna Middle School and Caverna High School are not merging. Ms. Hayes will serve as the lead principal for both schools, which share one building but remain two separate schools with their own codes, SBDM councils, and dedicated staff assignments.

Yesterday, Caverna Elementary teachers and staff were treated to a special luncheon featuring homemade chicken salad, pimento cheese, a fresh fruit tray, and a vegetable tray. This wonderful meal was prepared by Mrs. Kelly Paul, our amazing culinary teacher, along with her talented culinary students at Caverna Middle/High School.
We are incredibly grateful to the Caverna Board of Education and central office staff for sponsoring this thoughtful event and for their continued support of our school family.
A heartfelt thank-you goes out to everyone who helped make today so meaningful. Your kindness, generosity, and appreciation for our teachers and staff are deeply valued and truly made this luncheon special.
